So, you are ready to sell your home! Congratulations! This can be a very exciting time and also a stressful time and I am here to walk you through the process one step at a time.

First things first! I would love to come by and meet you and see your home in person. This allows me to intelliegntly look at comparables homes on the market and homes which have sold. It also gives me the opportunity to give you suggestions to get you the most money when we list the home.

Second, let's find out how much your home is worth. I will work on a comprehensive comparable market analysis to show you what is happening with other homes selling around you and from there recommend the list price. Together, we will do the paperwork necessary for me to get the home listed in the Multiple Listing Service.

Third, I will get my photographer out there for complimentary professional photos of your home including drone work if recommended. 

Fourth, I will get the listing all written up and send it to you for approval before we go live. Once we have everything all situated I will get it live in the MLS and all of the showing requests will go through Showingtime which keeps track of all of the showings and it is an incredibly easy system to use allowing or declining showings based on YOUR schedule.

Fifth, I will host an open house in the first weekend of the home going live. We are in a very busy market with many buyers for each home so it is beneficial to get as many buyers in at the same time as possible. 

Sixth, as offers start to come in we will discuss setting a deadline of when all offers are due by so we can streamline the process. We will go through all of the offers together after the deadline to choose the best offer for you.

Seventh, if needed I will coordinate with the buyer's agent when the home inspection will be and when the appraisal will be. As we get closer to closing I will help coordiate with the title company and/or closing attorney handling the closing the documents they will need from you and when and where the closing will be.
